Alternatively feel free to come along and take part in any of the classes by arriving approximately 10 mins prior to start and talking to the instructor on arrival.

To take part you will need to wear a tee shirt and tracksuit bottoms or shorts and have a bottle of water for drink breaks during the class. You will train in bare feet so no specific shoes are needed. Parents are welcome and encouraged to stay and watch for as long as you feel you necessary.
